Important Shipping Info
Note Regarding First Class International
First Class International is an inexpensive international shipping service, however, this service does not have full tracking. The tracking number provided is only to show that the item has been shipped. The tracking information will work up to the point where it leaves the country. It will usually say (Item Arrived in Jamaica, New York). This means that it is clearing customs and will be shipped out of the country.
If after 14 business days your item has not arrived, please contact your local customs office and provide them with your name, and the tracking number we gave you. Most times, the items gets held in customs due to import taxes owed, or they just need a bit of information.
However, we heavily recommend using USPS Priority Mail international. While a bit more expensive, it can save a lot of time and headaches.
