It has been a few days and my order hasn’t been shipped, where is it?
All of our reservoirs are made to order and have an estimated build time listed on the product page itself. If it looks like it will take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible.
My order status says:
Awaiting Payment: This might mean your order did not go through. Sometimes this happens if PayPal or your credit card company places a hold on the transaction for fraud review. Please contact us if you see this so we can help out.
Awaiting Fulfillment: This means we are currently building your custom items or are waiting to pack up other non-custom items. Please be aware that we make almost all reservoirs custom to order. So some items do have a lead time, which is listed on the product page.
Awaiting Shipment: This means your items have been completed and are awaiting shipment.
I want something done just for me. Who do I contact to make that happen?
We do custom work all of the time. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us as much information as possible about what you want done so we can provide an appropriate quote. Dimensioned drawings are always appreciated.
I received my reservoir but part of it is missing or broken.
We can take care of that for you. Go here to fill out an RMA and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
My order has shipped, but the tracking has not updated.
Most times it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update. However, if our daily pickups have already been made, its possible that a label has been created, and your shipment will be picked up the following business day.
